Tivoli Hotel
Whilst the general asthetics of the building were very nice, the shower in the room was not working due to poor maintenance. This was reported on the first day and we were assured it would be fixed by the time we got back to the hotel from sightseeting. This was not the case and again we reported ...

Great location. Room was ok, we were only ever provided with half of a roll of toilet paper from checkin. We had to get our own.

Copenhagen Go Hotel
During my overnight stay, I could not sleep because the room temperature was warm - I was gonna open the window but I was scared to break it. Also I wish you’ll inform the customers that shampoo/conditioner, body wash and lotion are not provided.
