"This was the worst hotel stay in my life.
No heat. Had to sleep in my clothes to keep warm. Room temp water in the shower. Power outlet not working to charge phone. Lumpy bed.
I complained to Luis at check out and said I wanted a refund. He said he would advise manager and I need to go through Expedia."

"It was close to the Red Meadows shuttle spot. The lobby was nice, and check-in was smooth. However, the building and rooms are old. The heater in the room is like it's from 30 years ago, even older than the one in the motel. The beds are super high to climb into. And we found a hair inside the supposed-to-be clean blanket. It makes the sleeping experience feel itchy. Not many amenities that we could use."

Kettle was pretty rusty inside, so we boiled water in a pan we brought. Shower was a bit difficult to fine tune for temperature, tho once dialed in plenty of hot water and worked fine. Shower head itself left something to be desired, but water pressure...
