"チェックインからスマートに、手際良く案内していただけました。さらに観光案内についてもしていただきました。
長旅の休憩も兼ねていたので、日中も滞在していたのですが、清掃の方も親切に当方の要望に応えていただけました。
朝食も充実していて、ホットミールからコーヒーまで、全て美味しかったです。
立地もピカデリー駅から徒歩ですぐの場所にあり、かつ、スーパーマーケットも道の反対側にあるので非常に便利でした。
非常に気分良く、滞在させていただきました。"

"Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons.
