Excellent location and value for money, but the soft furnishings are looking a bit shabby. Replacing the carpets throughout the building would be the obvious place to start. I’d stay at the hotel again.

Absolutely lovely hotel every corner is thought of interiors wise and the rooms are lovely and very well equipped. Friendly staff that are always happy to help and tasty breakfast in a lovely setting. Wish we could stay here longer to make the most of the hotel.

Manchester Portland By Sunday
General manager and the cleaning team were very helpful and was the only one that we felt that understood good customer service. Lifts are small. Card wasn't working on the second day and had to come back downstairs after running the Manchester marathon to get it activated again. Reception staff ...
