"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "The staff was wonderful, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. We loved our room with the kitchen and laundry: perfect for our 9-day stay. The location was great, close to the train station and walkable to everyplace downtown. We had a bit of trouble making the washing machine work properly, but after a google search, found that this particular brand sometimes gets wonky and needs to be reset. "The place was in a perfect location right in the centre of the city. Huge apartment for 2 people, amazing modern kitchen and lovely comfy bed. Security was amazing...key fobs to get into the building/access the lift and apartment. Beautifully clean and modern apartment with trendy kitchen/appliances. Great communication with the owner, pretty instant to be honest. Would defo stay again! "

"Last minute booking that turned out superb. Check in was extremely quick and easy with front desk greeting us on arrival and allowing us to check in a little earlier than their usual check in time. Room was spacious, clean and provided water, tea, coffee facilities. We used the gym the following day also and this was great for a hotel gym.
