"Amazing from start to finish. Staff at doors and check in super friendly, arrived to beautifully decorated room complete with a welcome gift. Beds and bedding super comfy, towels are huge and soft. The hot and cold water taps in the hallways are fab, as are the hairdryer and straighteners in the room "

I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons.
