"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. "Staff was very good and helpful, they made me feel as good as they can within their power and was very friendly. Location was ideal and very much central to everything as you can go everywhere within 20 mins of walk. Room was clean and had everything you would expect from a place like this. "Great hotel, clean, great service and great breakfast. On the quieter side of town, 5/10 minute walk into Deansgate, Station and multiple bus routes from hotel. Hotel has an Italian restaurant and food was good. There are local bars and restarts I. The near vicinity. Would recommend "
