We were worried about being in the basement and no air conditioning on a warm day.

Lots of eateries and shops in this lively area within walking distance to all local sights we visited. The bed was on the small size and having it snugged up against the wall on one side was not ideal. "We stayed here for one night as it was close to the restaurant we were visiting.
It was easy to find, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and it had everything we needed inside.
The rooms were clean and comfortable and the shower was excellent. The staff were welcoming, helpful and the bar man made great cocktails. I’d recommend for a one night stay but any longer I may suggest finding an alternative as the is no proper hanging or store areas in the bedroom or bathroom."
