"The staff were all lovely, really friendly and helpful. We attended the beer school on offer in the bar and also had the shower beers. There were freebies in the room and everything else was priced so you could decide. There was free pic and mix on each level also. The room itself was lovely and very clean, heating/ air con easy to use and overall had a lovely time. "

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I’ll probably be back. That’s mostly down to the best hotel gym I’ve seen in a long time. Staff are OK, I don’t like that service charge is added but it is very easy to take off."

"Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. Bed was too soft for me. I ordered room service for breakfast once, and was disappointed as it came in a paper bowl and...

"The property was really well situated for the arena. The facilities were great and the staff really helpful. The bed was super comfy. I have marked down due to dropping a medication tablet that rolled under the bed meaning we had to move the bed. Under the bed were dirty tissues, a wine bottle lid and a fair bit of dust and debris. This meant I was unable to take my medication. However even with this we would definitely stay again and recommend to others."

"Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. This is basic hospitality and they completely failed. The staff didn’t even offer a simple apology or any sort of compensation,...

"The actual duplex was amazing. We had a lovely stay and really appreciated the facilities in the room. Just a few niggles! The lift was broken which I understand is unprecedented, and Kieran was lovely at offering us complimentary late check out. However, that message wasn’t communicated with other staff and were told we were late to the existing check out time, which made us a little unsure. Also, I appreciate that there is not A/C in all the rooms, but the fans available were gathering...

"Lovely hotel and very handy for tge station. Rooms on the small side but ok for a short stay. My only complaint is the use of paper cups in the rooms. We coukdnt pick up tge vips as they were too hot and then one of them started leaking. A couple of china mugs and some glasses for water please."
