"The room was clean and quirky absolutely loved it, The hotel was quiet, didnt know what to expect but we were never dissapointed at any time. The staff were so friendly and happy to help with anything. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here."

Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in. "Gute Lage - kleines Zimmer aber gut isoliert. Kleinigkeiten: Designerelemente im Badezimmer nicht gut gewartet (Duschbefestigung kaputt?). Designerbettlampen ebenfalls (und nicht pro Seite schaltbar. Frühstück war ok, aber einige Sachen wie z.B. Käse schon angetrocknet (jeden der 3 Tage). Nur eine funktionierende Kaffeemaschine. "Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room.
