"I know this isn't a five star property, but the office staff could make some effort. I am tired of staff who treat guests like they're an inconvenience. This could explain why the parking lot was half empty during my week's stay. On the other hand, the housekeeping staff were delightful and very engaging. They made me feel welcome and valued. Also, this may be the first motel in a resort town that didn't have an ice machine. On the positive side, the motel is located on the north end of the main...
