"The property doesn’t look like the pictures, especially the outside. There are stairs into the hotel which is a side entrance so you have to lug your suitcase up and down. Feels very out dated and on the other side of the bridge. For less you can be in the city centre and have the same quality hotel. Rooms are big but not sure if it’s worth it for the extra charge per night. "

"Man kan hurtigt blive snydt af billeder og det var tilfældet her. Når man kommer ind i receptionen sidder der personale der ligner noget som ikke gider være der. Man kan knap nok få en hilsen ud af dem. Morgenmaden var uinspirerende og kedelig. Ydermere var den ikke engang på vores eget hotel men på et samarbejds hotel. Vi er meget uforstående overfor hvordan man kan kalde det for et firestjernet hotel. "

"This is DEFINITELY NOT a four star - the first night of arrival we were late getting in and the first impression was grim. Front desk was nice enough but it was not a feel good feeling overall. Furniture in the guest area was stained- we got to our room and it was dark and honestly gave me an anxiety attack- felt like a chalk outline should have been on the floor. "The breakfast was typical for Europe; fresh cold meats, machine coffee, croissants. The location was great; easy walk to waterfront, restaurants & shops. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice shower. Two major objections. First, the hotel claims to have parking but it does not. These online facilitators like expedia need to stop letting places claim to have parking when it’s only paid public parking wherever you can find it. Do you honestly think we don’t all know that EVERY CITY HAS PARKING...

"We visited on our baby moon and our room was decorated really nicely. We booked the hotel as the pool area looked lovely and we had planned to relax around the pool during our stay - unfortunately this was not possible due to the pool being drained for maintenance and was being refilled whilst we were there.
