"It's quite close to Okayama Station, the staff are friendly, and good breakfast is provided, which is a welcome comfort in the cold winter. The only downsides are that the pillows are a bit flat. Overall it offers good value for money and I would stay here again next time."

"We had three beds and our room was big. Staff was nice. Hotel is clean. Hamburger place was delicious. Only small thing that i was initially concerned about, but ended up with zero impact other than a few laughs, were the men's girly bars across the street."

"This was a great hotel.. one of the biggest rooms on our 4 week trip...but...it was advertised as a adults only...now in Australia that means no kids...but here Japan it means a LOVE HOTEL. It was a bit of a shock but it really didnt spoil our stay...we didnt see or hear anything remotely seedy and the staff were wonderful"
