Staff are all just great, special mention to trainee Yoga who was always smiling and attentive at breakfast service which was also varied with excellent quality. "There were bedbugs in our room which was extremely disgusting and the property was loud from the birds that they keep on site. Would not recommend staying here. There are much better options close by for equal or less money. "

"Definitely an aging property has one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to in Bali and any hotel here. The food is horrendous and takes forever. I had moldy Parmesan cheese frozen feta cheese on my salad two of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had in my life. The breakfast is really skimpy and not good. The rooms are filled with bugs and are very dated. I would not recommend this resort out of all the beautiful places to stay in Bali."
