"The rooms were clean, the staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was complete, healthy and fresh. The hot tub and swimming pool was clean overall we had a great experience."

"The hotel is perfect walking distance to Universal Studios. The hotel was fine, but we were disappointed in some small features of the room:
1. bathrooms do not have fans
2. The windows in the room do not open at all for fresh air.
3. The in room coffee is not good
Also, the hotel is undergoing a major remodel, which was not disclosed when we made the reservation."

"The staff exhibited professionalism and attentiveness. The breakfast buffet was notably enjoyable, and the pricing was reasonable. However, the facilities could benefit from improved cleanliness, and a renovation of the rooms should be considered in the near future. The location is highly advantageous for those planning a visit to Universal Studios, as a complimentary shuttle service operates every fifteen minutes to the park.
Overall, yes I would stay there again."
