"The room, hallways, and fixtures look a bit worn. Exposed wires in the room in corner. Easy to work AC. Check in with Junior was fabulous. Elevator is a bit of a challenge, I met so many guests that couldn't figure out the elevators and a bit long for the upper floors. You have to go to a touch pad to put in your floor and then it will go to designated floor, once in the elevator it has no buttons. I had extra time before appts and I was able to lounge in the upstairs which has a stair lounge...

"Good place to stay to be near the water in the Financial District. Small room. Even smaller bathroom. Kinda the norm for NY. Our biggest issue was a neighboring bathroom. Every time the toilet was flushed, a loud bang could be heard from the wall. So much so, the shower door would shake and rattle. The Manager was very apologetic."

On top of this, the "table" that folded down from the wall collapsed on me, with the screws coming out of the wall. Instead of apologizing the person sent to check on it said "you must have put something heavy on it"..... I was working with my laptop. No proposal for any remuneration was proposed.
