The email i received told us to go to building 1 A ten minutes wait with the girl in that building sent to building 3 where we got to go to the room The room was clean and ok The bathroom sink didn't drain the shower was small with a glass door that opened in i only just managed to close it. The wifi not that good I chose this for location next to airport . We had a evening flight in and a early flight out. Probably won't use again.

Best location when arriving in Terminal 3 at NAIA MNL. You can actually walk over the pedestrian bridge and be only 2 blocks from the property. Many units to choose from that are suitable for several size families or singles. Walking distance to many shopping and dining options. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and modern facilities.

The location from the airport is perfect, the room that we were in was just ok, if we were spening our entire trip in manila i would have changed room/hotel. When getting in contact with someone at the hotel you need to call the number dont message because it dont work.the beds were so hard and had plastic that was cracked, no extra blankets just 1 sheet, only 1 roll of toilet paper(that was already started) when i asked for another roll at front desk i was told to contack the property, the pool was down(it wasnt stated on the site).the room had roaches around and in the fridges, i was given 2 keys but only 1 worked, cupboards were off, when we come back to the Philippines we will not be staying at this hotel again.

The area is good and safe. Everything is convenient. The front counter people and the security guards were very polite and respectful. The unit 7W was very disappointing. We asked if we can check in earlier and we were accommodated but we were moved to a different building. We were booked at One Palm Villa but we ended up in Two Palm Tree Villa. The unit doesnt have the exhaust (stove)working in the kitchen. The kitchen utensils were dirty there were cockroaches allover the kitchen n bathroom. We took pictures of them. No fresh towels were provided. for 2 weeks’ stay we were given two bath towels. No hand towels and no face towels were provided. The frying pan was so scratched up that they told us they will send a new one but we never got it. There was no maid service cleaning the unit. Nobody checked if we need maid service. All in all i think the unit was much cheaper thsn the unit that we were supposed to rent because they said they will move us but they never did.
