綺麗なビジホ

綺麗なビジホです。夜でも歩ける距離にセブンイレブンがあります。ドライヤーはフロントに言えば貸してくれます。

The Palm Rock was a great place to stay in Makati.

The Palm Rock was a really nice hotel and a good location near the Power Plant mall. All of the hotel staff were very nice. It was really helpful to have the front desk get a cab within minutes. The rooms were better than I expected. Really clean and attractive.

주변은 조용하나, 밤 늦게 접근성은 떨어집니다. 가까운 입출입 도로를 게이트로 잠금니다...뒤로 들어가야 하구요...방은 넓고 좋은데 통상적인 호텔키 등으로 전등을 키는 것이 아니라 조금은 불편합니다...식당에서 아침을 하는 것이 아니고 룸서비스를 하네요...아침은 매우 단촐

Palm Rock Value

The Palm Rock is a quiet & pleasant small hotel. Ideally located near Power Plant centre & business centre. My only suggestion for bathroom improvement is to place a light above the mirror. Impossible to see reflection in the gloom

Nice hotel,quite location!

Nice hotel! This hotel is clean, quite. Near the Power Plant Mall, which is the best mall in Manila in my opinion. Ana- the super cutie and nice staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel charged us 500 PHP for early check-in and 500PHP for late check-out. The room is not as per Hotels.com info but the staff is try the best to help us. I ordered the 2 Queen bed room but the hotel does not have. Finally the hotel supply extra single bed in a 2 sigle bed room. If you visit Intramurous - do not use the tricycle bike service. And do not use horse cart anywhere. They will offer a low price but whem you make payment they will ask you the higher price as if you heard the wrong price they have told. The horse cart is terrible they will ák you to pay 2000 peso i/o 20 as they told when welcome you. They will ask us to help because they are hungry. But they will shout at you and rob our money if you go alone. Anyway - Do not use Horse Cart. In conclusion: i love Ayala Museum. Greenbelt Mall and Power Plant Mall. The hotel is very reasonable.

It's ok for the price

The hotel is not in a nice location. Too close to local residents, schools and too much traffic. No hair dryer and room compliments. But rhe staffs are nice and friendly

安全な地区

ちょっとわかりづらい所にあるので、タクシードライバーも迷った。 隣は学校で朝６時くらいから子供達の声が聞こえる。 周辺は治安が良かったので、夜間に一人で徒歩6-７分にあるショッピングセンターのとんかつ屋に行っても危険な感じは全くなかった。 スタッフは皆しっかりしている。 難を言えば部屋の湿気が多いことと、数種類ある朝食メニューがフィリピン料理だけなので、パン/シリアル/ヨーグルト/フルーツなどのセットも選択肢に加えて欲しいこと、朝食はルームサービスになるので、前日夜迄にメニュー/時間を決めなければならない(好きな時間に起きて、その時の気分でメニューを決める、ということができない)。 その他に関しては問題ないので、もし再度マニラに旅行する機会があったら利用したいと思う。

after midnight all streets the hotel is closed. not worth staying there. close to a mall if u willing to walk a quarter mile for food.

Very good

The location of the hotel was hard to find at first, but it is close to a shopping mall and I was very happy with the staff.

Terrible

I couldn't even get to the hotel because it was in some blocked off part of rockwell that wasn't accessible at night. Don't stay here if you plan on going anywhere outside the hotel. Had to drive around for 45 minutes trying to find a way in but was stopped by security guards at every entrance, just had to get anther hotel. Complete waste of money.

I not stay here again

Their elevator was broken, wifi was down for two and half days that I was there. At night, there were constant dogs barking. And at night there was a smell of sewer gases that penetrated the room. I have stayed at this hotel before and then complained that the furniture covering and sheet and bed comforter had stains on them ( the manager wrote back and said this was being corrected) and six months later the problem with stains remains. In their defense, its is hard for them to correct the problem with dogs barking and by my work trips to the Rockwell mall, I could tell that the sewer problem was not inside the hotel but rather from the restaurant below and coming from a source up the street from them.

Budget last minute decision

Cleanliness and facilities was outdated. The lift was broken had to walk up 3 levels.

Strong cigarette smell all nite long

The location is good, the staff attentive and the wifi works. However BE AWARE, we could barely sleep or breath for two whole nights, because someone was smoking in the room below and all the smoke came from our bathroom fan. It was so bad at one point my boyfriend and I sleep under the covers with the fan on. TERRIBLE experience. Next morning we both were congested and my hair smelt like smoke! Wouldn't recommend this place.

Make sure you want to stay in this area

I have COPD and the elevator was not working. Needless to say this impacted and shorten my stay at this hotel. I got the impression it has been out of service for a while. The high lite of this experience was the fact that hotel.com located a nearby hotel for me to stay instead of this hotel. The room was ok but taxi service is very limited in this area. The price is great

Nice place but noisy and lousy Wifi

I stayed for 8 days Room is big and clean but some minor or major items that are important 1. Small ants on all tables upon check in 2. Hot water was inconsistent hot and cold 3. Wifi slow as molasses and was down a lot 4. Across from a School which had 6am blow horn gatherings, yes 6am M-F it sucked 5. Somewhat hard to find If can endure these items have at it.
