Our recent stay was characterized by outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the entire team—including the security personnel, concierge, and front-desk staff—was incredibly welcoming and professional.
We particularly enjoyed the dining options. Breakfast was excellent, and our final dinner at The Nest rooftop restaurant was the highlight of our trip. The combination of the live band and the panoramic city views created a perfectly romantic atmosphere.
The only drawback was a recurring issue with the air conditioning unit, which experienced a leak. Although the maintenance team responded promptly to the initial report, the repair required us to remain in the room for an hour. Unfortunately, the issue persisted on our second night. Due to our early morning departure, we chose not to report it again, but we would suggest a more permanent fix for that unit.
Despite this minor inconvenience, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.
