"This hotel is in a busy area. Lots of street traffic and parking could be an issue if arriving late. Good value, but if you are looking for a quiet stay, you may want to look at another neighborhood."

"It was in a good location. A little run down, but clean. The parking lot was very small. The room was nice, ok for a night. Strong lotion smell in our room and the hotel had a cleaning smell."

"This was a really great hotel that has been renovated and part of bringing a core back to the downtown of Spokane. Great restaurants around and the complimentary breakfast at Rosie's was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. Our pillows in the room seemed a little older and small but it could be that replenishing with new items are taking some time. Really nice stay."

Very acomidating ( they allowed us to check in an 1 hour early and check out an 1 hour late with out any extra charge.) And the price was very reasonable. "First of all they advertise they have their own parking lot. While they do, it fits probably only around 15 vehicles and only if they’re compact size. Secondly, I sent a special request that we be able to have a room near the entrance and without stairs since we were there for my husband to have double eye surgery. No one ever contacted me to tell me that we may have to park in a parking garage and then walk to the hotel or tell me the only way to get to our room was up a flight of stairs. ...

"Hotel is just above average. Decent rooms and pool/spa area. Lots of communal areas downstairs. Breakfast had very little options and is the same every morning. Beware of an additional charge for the safe in your room. I've never had additional charges for a safe before. Front desk will reverse the fee for you, but I didn't even know about it until I got home and saw the extra charge on my bank account."
