"We had a horrible experience at this hotel. The entire hotel was filthy - I didn't dare go in the pool which was cloudy and murky. The elevator didn't work so we had to drag our luggage up the stairwell. We were locked out of our room the first night and had to stand in line for 30 min for someone to come and unlock our door. The next 2 days our door didn't lock and we had to leave it open while we left for the day with all of our valuables in it. This is unacceptable! When you pay for a hotel room you expect that it will be locked and secure. There was no management on staff and the staff that was there acted like it was not a big deal. We tried to complain and get compensated for a unacceptable experience and they said we would have to contact Expedia because no one there could do anything for us. I travel all the time and I have never had such a bad experience and poor customer service. Do not stay at this hotel!"
