"The front desk staff were very nice. The property definitely looks nicer in the pictures than in person. Hallways, exterior and landscaping were very tired. Hallway carpets were filthy. The room was "clean-ish" but would not walk in bare feet."

"Room was clean and spacious. Coupons for breakfast in the restaurant are an added bonus. I have stayed here many times because it is a close getaway for me and I love being able to have a Lakeview any time of year. Bed was comfortable. The only complaint that I have is that the pillows in my room were a little flat. Would like to see some firmer pillows. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with reasonable rates!"

"Hotel and property were great! But booking handled through 3rd party system and was on ph for 2 different times over an hr to alter our reservation and did not get through they required confirmation no. From Expedia and they only give you access to first couple no.s then all asterisks! Very frustrating system !! But hotel was great!"
