Staff were friendly and helpful, and access is easy with a door code emailed before arrival. Just note there is no front desk and no elevator. Our room was in the basement, so we had to carry our suitcases down a flight of stairs. The room was clean but basic, and the bathroom was clean and well stocked...

"The staff went above and beyond to help me with my elderly mother, just amazing people with big hearts! Ok it's a little hard to find but there was tons of on street parking and once we were inside it was 5 star treatment the whole time. So close to the airport and all round a great overnight if taking an early flight. I'll be back!"

"Comfort little hotel with roomy space fit for 3 adult nicely. Room has kicthenette which is helpful. Location is not within city but Very close to Green Square station for short trip from airport and to city. Many good restaurant nearby and 1 supermarket for daily needs. Recomended to stay"

"Got what you paid for. Place was cheap and nasty and day manager quite rude. Tried to book airport transfer with him and he said come down 10 minutes before in morning yet no one was on the desk that early. I’m glad he left not long after and lovely lady at desk who took over booked my transfer straight away.only 1 night there but next time will pay a bit more and stay elsewhere!!"
