"View and location were unbeatable! Beds were nice, pillows could be better. lovely sun lit kitchen. Laundry was convenient. The apartment was clean, however the couch was disgusting and needs to be replaced. I had to put a blanket over it to sit down. Carpet should also be replaced."

"The place and location was great. We booked for 7 people but the kitchen utensils were not enough, the pots were small, and when told the kitchen is complete, i thought there's a rice cooker as well. If they also can replace their nonstick pots that are super scratched...not really safe to use and very old utensils. It just look unclean. but the staff are friendly and easy to deal with."

"It is close to the beach and within walking distance of the wharf. It was easily accessible, being near a bus stop as well. Although the gas stove in the kitchen wouldn't light, the issue was resolved immediately. It is a quiet, relaxing, and lovely place."

"No Blankets or doona for kids bed, whci was an extremely uncomforatble dodgy setup couch & no extra towels.
No plug in sink, cups and dishes needed washing before use but no plug or clean dish cloth, no clean tea towels.
Beds were old and lumpy .
Bathroom had mould and missing grout. and only two towels provided allthough booked for four.
The next day the man at reception was great to provide extra towels but could not provide a doona or blankets, so had to buy a sleeping bag for kids each."

"Our room was lovely. Very quiet and clean. All the necessary toiletries, equipment and safe. Got upgraded and had view over Sydney Harbour Bridge. Best thing about this hotel is it's location which is second to none if you are wanting to be near all the touristy things. Breakfast superb with everything you could possibly wish for. Bed very comfy and huge. Sylvesters restaurant was excellent and very good value with our $50 off voucher. Very good value too for a top rate hotel."
