"The bathrooms surely need updated and the awful smell needs gone. The towels and the linen is need upgraded. Definitely not a 5 star. More like a 3 star. Beautiful grounds, peaceful location, and super helpful staff. With a little spacing up should be a great a hotel/resort"

"While all of the service staff were very kind, this didn’t feel like the quality stay that I expected based on the booking cost. This is listed as a 4-star property on Google, but it feels much more like a 2-star based on the facility and amenities available."
