"Staff was rude. You felt like you were inconveniencing them when you walked through the door. As soon as you walk to the main entrance, it smells like cigarettes. The lobby was dirty. We walked into our room. It smelt like a litter box. We checked out immediately and the front desk thought my reasons were ridiculous. “ that’s the one room that’s never had a cat in it.”👎👎"

"I didn’t like to be honest. The phone line didn’t work and the tv didn’t either the first night. I had to ask to get it fixed. The tv had an adapter that looked like a camera and it scared me for a min. Till I covered it."

"mold on the bathroom ceiling, shower curtain too short for the tub causes water to spill out electric outlets in the bathroom not working broken furniture, such as a chair at the desk and the cabinet door a weird odor like marijuana when you first walk into the room, the room is too small for two queen beds. We mentioned this to the office attendant about the broken furniture and no electric electrical and he said he would look into it, but did not."

"Quiet and clean place right on main street. Office attendant hardly spoke any English but was polite. Room was dated but clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was minimal, but okay for the price. Good choice for a one night stay."

"This was the best hotel stay we had in a 3,100 mile road trip. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and overly helpful, the pool was great. We took a shuttle to Mohegan for dinner and the driver was funny and so fun. We will stay here again. Thank you!"

"This is by far one of the best hotels that I have visited!! The location was great, property outside was clean and well kept. Parking lot was right in front of the property. Went in and the receptionist was very welcoming, sweet and informative. The room was well designed, modern, clean and bright with everything you need. "We stayed for 5 nights. Hotel is in a convenient location with a great restaurant attached to it. Dunkin’ Donuts across the street.Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel is clean. The king room with balcony was very clean although it might need some updating. Bed was very comfortable. I would stay again and recommend without hesitation"
