Overall, we didn't feel safe staying there, so I immediately checked out after seeing the room and the condition. I immediately called Expedia. Not helpful. Drove 150 miles back home."

"Definitely needs updating but it was fine for one night. We did not see any bed bugs which is important. We did not get to check in timely, along with multiple other guests, and therefore we were late getting to our concert missing half of it. I attempted to get a refund but have had no response from the hotel. We drove 4 hours to be here and had no other hotel options as the whole city was sold out. Very disappointing. The staff was kind enough to me because I wasn’t mean about it like many of the other guests were. "
