"Pros: The room was clean and modern. Parking was easy. Check in and check out was convenient. Beds were comfortable and heating system worked great. Cons The room lacked towel racks in the bathroom. And the coffee at breakfast was some kind of black sludge that had been sitting out for a while."

"We very much enjoyed our night at theThe Porches Inn. Check-in was easy, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower was the best rainfall shower I have ever had and we even had a claw foot bathtub! The only drawback to our room was proximity to the main entrance door of the building which could hear opening and closing. "Staff is always welcoming & accommodating. Had and issue with a noisy dog in the room below our room; when I notified the front desk, they tried to deal with it; when that failed, they were quite willing to move us to a different room. "
