"Overall just a great experience! Pool was closed which was unfortunate but their shuttle services were phenomenal, clean rooms, helpful staff. They are pretty strict with their breakfast. I was getting some food in the serving area when the time past they closed the doors on me and took some food from right in front of me which was a little weird. But overall great :)"

"The only downside was that the room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which isn't ideal for someone with respiratory issues. Although the staff kindly moved me to a different room, there was still a faint odor. I hope the hotel continues to improve and gets even better! 😊😊"

"The hotel was definitely centrally located, especially now that the World Cup is in Seattle and baseball season is going on. The hotel was mostly maintained cleaned, considering that many of their housekeeping employees were on strike. Most of the staff was a pleasure. We just encountered one staff member from the breakfast team who was less than pleasant. He didn’t seem to be enjoying his job, but considering it was one of the many staff members, I wouldn’t necessarily count that against the...

"Liked the coffee in the lobby with cookies available. Electricity cut off for many hours one night along with the elevator repair. Asked for compensation and was denied."

"Best Hampton Inn experience in all my travels. The staff is wonderful (especially TT!), the rooms clean and modern, and the shuttle to the airport is GREAT. It leaves every half hour to take guests to SEATAC and offers pickup as well. They also dropped my husband off at the light rail station. And they stored our luggage until our room was ready (and it was ready early!) Plus hot breakfast and good coffee. A+!"

"I don’t have any complaints about the hotel. We just had a communication problem at breakfast. Pancake machine was not working and we couldn’t communicate it to the hostess. We ended up just having toast."

"Very nice room! Close to the train station so it was easy to get around without a car or uber. Only thing I didn’t like was the hotel staff behind the counter at the time of our check in. She made us uncomfortable and made some jokes about stealing our things out of our bag and selling them to get rich when we asked her to hold our luggage."
