"Need to hire more valetdrivers per shift.. Great hotel but you definitely have issues with having to wait too long to retrieve vehicles. It is not the valet staff, some of the hardest working folks I have seen. They need help and you should increase staffing here."

"The hotel and staff were excellent. The location was ideal for my trip. The only issue was nothing they can control which is the street noise. The motorcycles love to rev their engines into the night. Honestly any hotel will have to deal with that, so I recommend Hampton Inn good stay for a good price."

"First impressions weren’t bad for this hotel but after reading a few reviews I was not expecting this hotel to be as nice as it is. Very convenient location to sports fans or Rock and Roll HOF visitors. Very nice, good size park close by for exercise. Just a really clean place with a great staff. Relatively quiet but it is downtown. 1/2 price of the properties nearby. The only negative thing I could say if I had to is parking is $15 a day but I had a guaranteed spot which is worth $15. Also I didn’t have to look for parking at Progressive field. It’s a 10 from me"
