"This hotel is definitely over priced , front desk rude The buffet breakfast is not free save your money and go across the street there is Tim’s, Starbucks, MacDonald Bed was to soft, tub water pressure was terrible! Key card deactivated and a long line waiting to check in and you are fixed to go to the end of the line just to get your key card activated again!"

"I like the indoor whirlpool tub. It was the most luxurious and satisfying experience at the hotel. Alex at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. I felt like being at home with a friend from somewhere. The balcony allowed me to get a city view in the mornings. Dislike: Carpeting is showing signs of aging in room, public area and in the gym Wall paper in room in peeling off and getting old, yellowish look. The gym room did not even have bulk bottled water dispenser available. I guess the executives would have to get used to drinking tap water directly from tap. Machines need to be wiped down from time to time. How about cleaning the windows for a clearer view from the room?"
