"Experienced the digital check in, felt useless and wasting consumer time to went thru the so called digital check in as at the end of the procese the reception staff still need to validate using my identity doc, key in system and issue me a door card. It is exactly the same time it will take over counter without the digital check in process."

"The breakfast was amazing, no waiting and selection of food was excellent. Staff was amazing particularly at reception when they organised an emergency dentist for me. The entire property was beautifully clean and the location was perfect for us. Only a very small problem with the lifts I don’t think there was enough in good working condition for such a large property. "

"Great location, lovely rooms and lobby. Roderick was great when we first got there and the concierges at the front door were very friendly and helpful. The beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in, I honestly felt like I was sleeping on a slab of cement. After my first night I went to reception and asked if house keeping could put a mattress topper on the beds in our room. The man did call house keeping to inquire without success. There was really no solution, which was a shame as we had paid a fairly hefty nightly rate. In addition the rooms and windows need more sound proofing we could hear everything outside of our room and every morning we were woken early due to construction right outside our window."
