"The hotel was phenomenal! We were greeting so warmly on arrival and given great dining and neighborhood tips by Ben- who was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and all aspects of the hotel and dining/ bar spaces were gorgeous and full of character. We enjoyed The Portrait Bar a couple of times and had such fun. We also had breakfast in the restaurant and a spectacular dinner at Cafe Carmellini. I wish I could remember our server’s name because she was top notch.
I will go back to The Fifth...

"The location of thisbproperty is very convenient. It is steps from Grand Central Station. It is close to subway. It is very walkable. Close to everything. The service in this hotel is outstanding. We had some issues with one of our rooms, but the staff had made other accommodations for us, which were amazing. This isbour favorite hotel in the city. Unfortunately we missed having a drink at their rooftop bar. The view is incredible. We will be back for sure. Amazing service and beautiful hotel."

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
