Available if asked, but fridge should be replenished. Room service. Timing inconsistent. We regularly put our room to be made up at 10am. Not done until 4 or later. Then turn down two hours later. Normally better than this. Fridge. Whether stating one night or one week, the fridge has free items....

"Für kurze Aufenthalte okay. Wir waren je zu Beginn und zum Ende unserer Rundreise in diesem Hotel zu Gast. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und stilvoll eingerichtet, jedoch ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, sodass man nachts aufwacht, wenn der Nachbar hustet… Wir hatten zwei unterschiedliche Zimmer, das erste hatte kaum Tageslicht, da es nur einen kleinen Lichthof hatte, somit die Aussicht durch das Fenster einfach nur Beton. Das Zimmer war auch sehr klein, es gab keinen Schrank und das Bett war nur...

We were given several excuses none of which were accurate. They did apologize but I would have thought they could have gone further like offer a free breakfast?"
