"OK, not great, not terrible."

"Booked a room because of the price, but you definitely get what you pay for. Burn holes on the comforter, SHOE PRINT on the pillow, a/c unit smelled. Luckily I had my own sleeping bag to place on the bed. Oh yeah, the best part was the bullet hole they tried to cover on the door lol. All to be expected with hookers down the street and people arguing in the parking lot."

"The first room we had the air conditioner was not working as it should. The room was very warm. It was reported to the staff but were not moved to another room until the next morning. At check out we were charged for parking but did not have a car. I am waiting for a refund."

"It was a very comfortable property - very quiet. the staff were friendly and helpful. This property would be good as a place to rest and recharge. Not really a destination property, but it would be our first choice if we were back in the area. Parking is very easy."

"Another great stay at Home 2 Suites. This one is the best yet (brand new, just open a month ago - as of Mid June 2026). The room (2 Queen and 1 sofa bed) was spacious, super clean, and pillows were soft and fluffy. Rachel who checked us in was super sweet and friendly. Would certainly stay there again."

"A little paint would go along way. The room had a very scuffed up bathroom and very dirty bathroom door...worse than I've seen in some 3rd world countries. Did not think this was a Hilton level hotel. Overwhelming smell of cheap cleaning products, wine stained carpet, a desk chair that was shedding the pleather fabric like a German Sheppard in summer, dirty curtains and a filthy bathroom door that led to a bathroom that needs paint desperately. Staff were kind and room was big but I'd rather...

"I checked in and was given a room that was infested with roaches. I was given a different room that still had roaches and when i asked the older lady at the office if they had roach spray she seemed annoyed, she looked but couldnt find any. I ended up spending an extra $20 on bug spray and duct tape for their room. The rooms weren't the cleanest either. There was a open outlet behind the bed which was just a hole in the wall (thats what the duct tape was for). Waking up to roaches on the pillows...

"The food was good and location was good. The ice machine was closer to our room and it was loud. We also asked for downstairs and they said they could not accommodate us. The room was good and clean and the breakfast was good."

"The room was dirty the water was cold the tv did not work at all the maid didn’t take the trash out or make the beds even tho we stayed for a week and told the staff to do garbage and beds they never once gave us more towels or even checked on us at all I had to go in the office and make them fix the tv and when I checked out I cleaned the room Myself bagged up all the trash stripped the beds and left them all in a pile on one bed and they still kept my security deposit."

"I had came here for a wedding that was going on and this hotel was within the area. I checked in on time and had a smooth experience with that. When I went into my room it was clean but there was no towels which I was hoping to shower first before I got ready for the wedding"
