"Clean"

"I checked in and was given a room that was infested with roaches. I was given a different room that still had roaches and when i asked the older lady at the office if they had roach spray she seemed annoyed, she looked but couldnt find any. I ended up spending an extra $20 on bug spray and duct tape for their room. The rooms weren't the cleanest either. There was a open outlet behind the bed which was just a hole in the wall (thats what the duct tape was for). Waking up to roaches on the pillows...

"Do not, i repeat, do not make the mistake i made. I chose that hotel because it was cheap and had better ratings then the rest. Those good ratings must have been done by staff members or friends because i have never been to a hotel and felt disgusted enough to leave the minute i started to unpack. I looked at the sheets, they were dirty, the pillows looked like it had drool and blood on them. There were hair in the sheets, and the comferters looks so worn down. I did not feel like having my kids...

"They don't tell you alot of things out of service from the hotel, plus pull out couch don't work. Staff doesn't help just point finger someone else. Pool wasn't working and Gym was nasty not even clean. this was my worst hotel ive ever stayed! don't recommend"
