"Well, the agent at the front desk was wonderful. I didn't have any soap in my bathroom. I got in the shower and had to get out, get dressed and go ask for some. He brought it right away. Then, I didn't have a hair dryer, so I went back to the office and he brought one to me! It wasn't anything catastrophic, but kind of a pain....Otherwise, the rooms were clean and everything was fine."

"We always like this hotel. Reception staff are great. Always a struggle to find it - it’s like a maze. More signage please. Great breakfast too. What we don’t like so much are the bar staff - we felt like we were inconveniencing them for asking for a drink. Perhaps they would benefit from some more training."

"Good if you want to be next to the stadium. Otherwise the property is somewhat disorganized and doesn’t have safes in their rooms, would have been better to pay a bit more for a more professional hotel closer to the centre."

"From start at the Reception was a good experience, Clean room,friendly Staff, Breakfast(same stuff every day bit of a draw back), Airport shuttle was frequent and excellent. They even had a free shuttle service for the Aeroscopia Mueseum which was a plus. Thank you"

"Sehr schlecht geführtes Hotel. Zimmer unansprechend, kalt unangenehm. Gesamtes Haus mit Aussenanlagen schlampig. Rezeption nur selten des Englischen mächtig. Offensichtlich wurden gerade Räume renoviert...was bringts wenn das Management nicht stimmt... Erst nach 1 Woche und 2 E-Mails wurde die Rechnung per E-Mail zugestellt...seriously? Preis-Leistung außerhalb der Saison No-Go. Never ever again."

"We had a one night stay on a Saturday, expecting it to be an easy overnight stay. But on arrival we were advised the restaurant is closed on the weekends, so given it’s location in an industrial area finding dinner options close by was a problem. Also no fridge in the room, and their ice machine was broken although they did have cold water in the bar. Pool was nice, and the room good. Thankfully the air conditioning was working as it was 35deg. The property is rated 4 stars but it didn’t feel...
