"This is a wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable, clean and the best hit water pressure shower I have ever had. It is a perfect location to easily walk to all important places in town. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and enjoying meals. A perfect place to stay and very helpful to have laundry in the unit."

"Very clean, great location for sightseeing. Tram route, Quake City, Memorial Wall and Botanical gardens all within easy walking distance, to name but a few. Friendly and helpful staff, although some minor communication issues. Good breakfast with fruit, yoghurt, cereals, toast and a choice of Bacon and eggs or eggs Benedict, plus juice, teas and coffees. Easy parking too. "

"Realky well located, easy walking and on the tram route too. Lots of places to eat nearby. You have to visit Riverside! Had a fab Indonesian meal there. Staff helpful at hotel and good laundry service for 15 dollars a bag."
