"Older motel with updated decor. Clean room and all the staff were friendly and helpful."

"I expected that the bed would be made after the first night- no one came in to make bed or refresh amenities. I wish the coffee was real instead of instant. It was fine otherwise."

"Staffs are wonderful and friendly. Close to Main Street and has shuttle bus to drop off and pick up which was very helpful and convenient. There’s a pool which is great for kids and adults. Also breakfast is included. Overall, we loved our stay."

"Clean bedroom and facilities. Nice breakfast including biscuits and gravy! Welcoming staff. The pool area had some maintenance work going on but pool and hot tub were open. We liked the side deck and fireplace where you can see the sunset from. Better than expected for the price!"

"Check in was easy, room was clean. Comfortable bed. Small fridge which was a plus. But the AC unit was loud. For breakfast, go earlier. Not many choices. One day omelet was very salty, it was impossible to eat. We didn't use pool or gym, but they both looked clean."

"Our stay was great. Everything was comfortable and for the most part clean… but our bathroom wreaked of urine as soon as we got in to the room and the smell never left. When I looked around the toilet, there was pee all over, I think the seal is bad on the toilet. I ended up spraying around the bottom with hand sanitizer and lining it with towels. It still smelled terrible. Other than that, great hotel! Easy check-in and out. No other complaints."

"Beach view"

"The staff is very rude. The whole Hotel smells like there’s a gas leak. When you use the pool and sit in there to watch your eye BURN!!! I felt like I was swimming for hours sitting there for not even 5 minutes. Stayed there for 3 nights and they never came in to clean or replenish bath towels. I would never ever stay there again or recommend it either. Their sign out front says we love our guest. Truly that is a complete lie and far from the truth. They are unprofessional and awful towards...

"Room was nice beds were pretty comfortable. We had a view of the parking lot so that wasn’t great but could also see golf course a bit too. Checkin and checkout were very easy and quick. Overall good service. The hot tub wasn’t working properly though and wasn’t very clean, pool was ok. For the price we expected a bit better honestly. Would stay here again but at that price we have stayed at other hotels in the area that we would likely pick over this one and closer to Traverse city downtown."
