"The staff were more than helpful, the pool area was ok, the breakfast was the same everyday and at best average. The rooms were terrible, old with many defects, we had to move rooms, but the supposed upgrade was poor. This hotel is most definitely not 4 star, possibly 2 star or 3 at a push, but that would be for the helpful staff. "Nice relaxing few days. Comfortable rooms with good a/c. Great pool, well maintained. Location OK but a 20 minute walk to Colva beach along busy roads. Very helpful staff."
