"Great hotel just outside the center of Innsbruck. Easy to walk or bike to the center. The rooms were spacious and had well equipped kitchens. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful with tips for hiking and sightseeing. I was sad to leave!"

"This was a lovely boutique hotel where Mozart himself once stayed. The breakfast and views from the restaurant were excellent. The staff were kind and helpful. This hotel is perfectly located in the old town tourist area. I felt at home away from home. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Zero information on how to check in to the property (not at the apartment location), zero response to messages, locked out of building multiple nights with faulty key cards and had to walk across town to the hotel that manages the apartments to have them re-coded. This place is a joke. "

"Not being able to stop out front to off load luggage was a little inconvenient but after looping sprints 4-5 times we finally found a spot open next door to stop. Room was lovely ! Beds/sheets were great, air conditioning actually worked, great view. Not sure if instant coffee is popular in Europe but our if our 16 hotels on this trip we prepared when there was proper coffee but that’s not a huge deal . Breakfast was great ! Lots offered . Staff was slow and it took forever to get coffees...

"A lovely property and a great location to explore. Lovely breakfast and wonderful staff. The main let down was that there was absolutely no drinks facilities in the rooms. No coffee and tea making (unless you paid for the machine downstairs) and no water provided either. It was really hot when we were there, and a bank holiday so getting something from any shop was very challenging after 5pm or earlier which we didn’t realise and weren’t told on check in either. We ended up having to buy...

"Traveled with two adults, an infant, and toddler. Brought our own infant bed and toddler sleeps in adults bed when traveling. Upon arrival, disclosed we had two young children and were told it was an additional 50 euro per child per night to stay despite using existing beds. However when I asked if I could cancel clerks did his manager and they said if I called Expedia to cancel and their agent called him to confirm they would not charge me."

Nicht das wir sehr anspruchsvoll wären, aber für den Preis was wir für das Frühstück bezahlt haben, geht das nicht in Ordnung.
