"Excellent stay, especially coming in with the kids. I really liked the architecture, it's just as photogenic as in the pictures. Breakfast, ingredients, taste was surprisingly good. The custom made omelettes were pretty tasty. Complimentary happy hour drinks included with the stay also does not hurt!"

"We checked in and immediately got to our room and noticed two what appeared to blood stains on the floor. I went down and asked for another room which they obliged, however, did not seem surprised at all. The reassigned room was run down and worn out. The wall thermostat didn't work which left us freezing our first night, we ended up using the controls directly on the wall unit to get some type of climate control. The shower water was lukewarm and the tub did not drain well so you were left standing in 3 inches of water during your shower. Not impressed and this is the furthest thing from a "4 star" hotel. For what we paid we left extremely disappointed and feel completely deceived and ripped off."

"Area safe, clean, and walkable. The building, an upgraded 70's style hotel, had two enclosed courtyards, (one had a pool). Visitor access to the lobby computer/printer/scanner. Vending machines, snacks sold in lobby, dedicated reading area with calming music. A+ for this category hotel."

"Parking was a problem, hotel garage was full, too small to accommodate all guests."

"Our room had a very fowl odor of something rotten when I went to the front desk to report it and to see if we could get to a different room I was advised that that was not possible and then if I didn’t like it, I could leave and go to a different hotel they did offer a refund. On Expedia it says there is a breakfast and that is a lie. They call it a grab and go which consists of a fruit bar, or small muffin or a package of oatmeal and coffee that’s it."
