We ate meals at the roof restaurant, spent an afternoon by the pool, and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Parking was, of course, expensive, but the hotel handled it professionally and found us a spot that fit our Audi A5, a pretty large car for that area. "

"Good size for a cabin, suitable for 6 guests. If u use the kitchen and don’t clean up, u will b charge $50 cleaning fee. Front desk manager was fake and also rude, commenting badly about us in Italian when we asked him to explain charges for us that he clearly misspoke on. Other than that, was worth the price. Convenience store on sight, and $10 breakfast buffet with pastries and some cold cuts/cheese, coffee etc"

"This is not the most convenient location- you have to take a shuttle with limited times to get to the train station to get to Sorrento and from there get a ferry to Naples, Capri or Amalfi / Positino. I thought we were staying in Sorrento so took a ferry there and it costs us $80 euros to get to hotel sadly. You also have to get a bus between the ferry port and train station or walk it. All of this hard on my husband who uses a Walker. However, with all that said, this place is TERRIFIC!! No...

There were too many standouts to highlight - front desk, valets, shuttle drivers, restaurant staff, cleaners, etc.. I would have run out of Euros tipping everyone deserving of a tip. The team helped me organise restaurants and trips and gave advice on transport and the buses etc. definitely ask them to help with the airport transfer … it is much better. "My 2 friends and I stayed here for an extra day due to our flights being changed by our airline. The hotel was very accommodating and ensured we had a room. The breakfast was okay, the cucumbers and tomatoes were left out too long and the water was not cold. We enjoyed the oranges and apples and pastries for the days that we had to leave the hotel early. We liked the terrace, it was beautiful. Our room was nice as well however there was always a distinct smell when we came back to the room and...
