"Our room was on the 2nd Floor with no elevator, but we made it (age 70+) with our luggage with relative ease. Parking was free and easy. The room was well appointed, clean and cool (during an extreme heat wave). The location is walking distance from shopping, restaurants and the waterfront. Kristen and all of the other staff were pleasant and engaging! We’ve stayed at several other Beaufort hotels but this may be our new favorite!"

"The room was clean, plenty off snacks and breakfast muffins were amazing! Staff very friendly! Hair dryer was burnt out they took note but was hoping to have been offered an alternative. Overall definitely would recommend!"

"Beautiful property in a quiet tree lined area w the HH moss. Rooms are large studios w full size fridge and kitchen set up(no oven but a stove top etc.). Great breakfast with many choices for different appetites. Nice pool area w seating. We stayed 3 nites. Coligny beach 1.5 miles away. Lots of stuff within 4 mile area. Great stay."

"Very clean, the best replace to eat was the market they have the best food/menus. Imo skip prime & xo. Sadly the hallways and elevators are not air conditioned and extremely humid. We did not have a great experience at prime and spent $200+ so frustrating at the lack of service and food was not great. Overall majority of the staff were friendly and the hotel main areas very clean and smelled nice! The pools were nice but so crowded so hard to enjoy but on the positive side you are super close...

"Ms. Sonia was wonderful throughout my stay. There were several hiccups that weekend, and she was a trooper the entire time. Now, the area doesn’t look like what the website on Expedia shows. I think those were older photos. The room was clean, staff, and breakfast was great. The parking was horrible due to hotel being booked up. Other than that, we had a great time."

"I wish we could have stayed longer. Love that we were able to do laundry, although I do wish the water slide was open. My grandchildren would have loved it. We got a villa/suite facing the water park/pool area so my elderly mother could take pictures. 4 generations, what a blessing."

"iWe did not like the property at all. first thing we noticed was the pool, no water and dirty, the place looked run down. almost looked like no one was there and shopping carts in the parking lot. I asked the girl the desk if we could have a room on the first floor she said no, the place was empty i could not understand why. the cushion's on the couch was dirty.I would like a refund the place is that bad"
