"The staff was lovely. The location was fantastic. The parking worked well. The biggest problem was that the pool is open until 10 PM and the shrieks of children playing was ALARMING and put us on edge. We were on the bottom floor, slightly way from the pool, but there is no escaping it. I'm not the kind of person that doesn't like kids -- but high pitched SCREAMS were relentless. "This was mine and my husband's first time in New Orleans to celebrate my birthday. The staff, the service and the room were exceptional. I honestly have to say this is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was spotless and beautiful. I highly recommend staying here if you haven't already. "I've never experienced a contactless check in/check out at a hotel so that was a first, overall great time. The rooms reminded me of an apartment and it was incredibly cozy. Definitely would come back to this hotel in the future."

"The haunted hotel was great its walking distance to everything. The lore behind the place is fascinating and we had some paranormal but the ghost seem friendly. The staff are super friendly makes thst worth the stay just on that alone."

"I misunderstood the quality of hotel. It’s not good. There’s some rust on things on the room, the air conditioning vent is not clean. The bathroom fan was dusty. A lamp or two was out. There’s a bit of humidity or mustiness especially in the lobby. Everything was clean though and it wasn’t the worst. However, if you can spend a bit more, stay somewhere else. It’s also in a low income area."
