"This place was perfect! I loved the location>beautiful garden to sit in, coffee and snacks available in lobby 24/7. Interior design was beautiful. There was not a TV in our room but we just watched Netflix on our laptop. A perfect short stay."

"We stayed for 4 nights at the Inn On the Avenue and had a lovely stay. Our hostess, Carol, was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Starfish Room, and the room was very clean and had all of the amenities we would need. Breakfast was also delicious - pancakes with a delicious array of toppings and then a rotating main dish. The B&B is located in the heart of the Flagler District, near lots of shopping and restaurants and just a few blocks from the beach."

"All the staff were friendly and willing to help in any way. Room was clean, nicely decorated, had enough plates, utensils, towels, soaps plus a wonderful espresso maker. Parking is s right outside the rooms so easy to unload and load suitcases. Views of the ocean from every room. I would definitely stay here again "

"Great location with plenty of parking. Suite was spacious and clean. Sofá bed was not as comfortable but ok for a small kid. No elevators so keep that in mind as you might have to walk 3 flights of stairs."
