"Was great 20 years ago but now some average staff, two non functioning lifts during breakfast time and a pool that is way to small for the property is showing its age. The rooms were still very comfortable but not quite up to 2026 QT standards. If you don’t mind about other amenities the value for money was quite good. "

For the price in the area it is a pretty good deal, but claiming to be a 4 star hotel is very dubious. No 24 hour reception, cafe only open 3 hours a day, no facilities like pool or otherwise, no room service, very small basic rooms. "Bedding and size of room was good. The location was also quite convenient and staff were friendly. However, the fridge was broken and didn't close properly. The pool had a bit of bird poo in it which made it unappealing. "
