"We have stayed here several times because of the location and value. The facility is fine and conveniently located ,but the decor is very tired and bland. Lots of tan and brown colors on the furnishings. It could really use a refresh in this area! "

"We were blown away by the Newport Resort! Our suite was huge! Two bedroom, two bathrooms, full kitchen, deck and living room. Tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Short walk to dining, shopping, the beach and marina. Only regret is we didn’t book for longer. "

"The rooms were cottage like, everything we needed. The staff were friendly and very responsive to a small request. Breakfast room was so beautiful and a nice variety of breakfast items. The poppyseed bread was amazing. Awesome location, we’ll be back in the fall! "

"The resort was very well maintained and nicely spread out so you have your choice of pools, tennis & basketball courts and shuffle boards to stay active. Hot tubes and sauna were our favorite. "
