"We loved the pools and hot tubs. We had all our meals at the WKP sports bar and loved the food, drinks, staff and music. We did a deep tissue massage at the spa; excellent service. There’s a lot of above and beyond little perks here. I think it’s the staff at all the areas of the resort that really make the difference and make it an excellent vacation. I would definitely stay here again."

"Suite was beautiful but would NOT stay again...
1. Do NOT think they will bring anything to your room, my disabled wife asked for extra towels and we were told to come get them from the front office.
2. DO NOT run the tub & shower too close as you will not have hot water for both...You need to wait about 15 minutes before running the next one no matter how short your shower is.
3. No matter what the website states NO ROOM SERVICE...Per the bbq place listed on the website they have not offered...

"This is the second time our family has stayed at this property. They have a great breakfast every morning. We have 5 people age 14 and over in our family, so it is nice to find a place that has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 3 beds plus a pull out couch and a kitchen. The pool area is very nice. "Exceeded my expectations! Our suite was large and clean, with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, full sized fridge, stocked cabinets, a coffeemaker, and your standard pots/pans/utensils for cooking.
Pools were clean and comfortable, and the kids had fun on the water slides. Staff was responsive via text. Really the perfect place to stay with two young kids."

"Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Beds and pillows were below average. Our room also had a very noisy AC unit that made it difficult to sleep, though staff were able to fix it to make it more manageable.
We had to ask multiple times to have our room cleaned.
Breakfast in the mornings was above average with lots of options.
Overall, for the price, I do think there are better options available and would not book here again."
