"System was down and I couldn't check in which made me late for a comedy festival i was in town for. I tried asking front desk clerk about solutions just in case it took longer for system be fixed and he rudely walked away from the window while i was talking. He didn't bother to inform me when the system was up. I juat happyo see people pulling up a d checking in but he probably did that because I called corporate. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke. "The towels were stained! Walked all the way to the front desk where the front attendant was not friendly at all, and got 2 more and they were stained. Room itself was fine. The door didn’t extend all the way to the ground, so there was about an inch space open at the bottom. It cost $100 to stay there, and wouldn’t stay there again."
